At 9:05 PM, Troopers arrested Phoebe Sonder, age 41, of 194 Seaside Drive, Jamestown, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138, in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the B.A.T. Mobile where she was processed and released to a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
