At 1:38 AM, Troopers arrested Victor Flores Jr., age 22, of 63 Hope Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Eluding a Law Enforcement Officer in a High-Speed Pursuit – First Offense and 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Transit Street in the City of Woonsocket. Flores Jr. was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
