At 5:51 PM, Troopers arrested Yongxiang Wu, age 32, of 1835 81st Street Floor 2, Brooklyn, New York, for Transportation of Unstamped Cigarettes – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Wu was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future 4th Division District Court date.
