At 6:10 PM, Troopers arrested Jose Gonzalez, age 26, of 285 Main Street, Apartment 3, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Shoplifting out of the Woonsocket Police Department, 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Domestic Violence out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hamlet Avenue in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 11:52 PM, Troopers arrested Heriberto Lopez-Trinidad, age 27, of 87 Lydia Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With Expired License originating out of the State Police – Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
