At 10:20 PM, Troopers arrested Victoria Avelino, age 29, of 11 Thorton Street, Floor 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty and 2.) Operating with Suspended License – 4th+ Offense. This arrest was the result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Route 3 in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
