At 4:40 PM, Troopers arrested Zong Dong Zhu, age 48 of 15 Thistledown Lane, Kingston, Rhode Island, on a Kent County Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original Charges of 1.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited (4 counts), 2.) Possession of Motor Vehicle or Part with Altered Identification Number, 3.) Forgery and Counterfeiting, 4.) Conspiracy to Commit Offense Outside State – Felony Greater Than 5 Years, 5.) Possession of Stolen Vehicle – 1st Offense originated out of State Scituate Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
