At 8:09 PM, Troopers arrested Miriam Cardoza Curiales, age 35, of 3 Setian Circle, Johnston, Rhode Island for a 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Domestic Violence – Felony Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police-Wickford Barracks where she was processed and then transported to Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.
