At 11:17 PM, Troopers arrested Alan Sloman, age 55, of 285 Niagara Street Apt #102, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Vehicle – 1st Offense 2.) Driving with Suspended License – 4th/Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. Sloman was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator.
At 1:01 AM, Troopers arrested Armani Medeiros, age 17, of 583 Laurel Hill Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Obstruction of an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Medeiros was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to a responsible adult.
