At 11:17 PM, Troopers arrested John Cunniff, age 64, of 36 Johnson Road, Foster, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.131% & Phase II: 0.133%.). The arrest was the result of Troopers locating a BOLO vehicle on Hartford Avenue, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Headquarters, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
