At 8:00 a.m., Troopers arrested David Delisle, age 51, of 7 Church Street APT 106C, Greenville, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs – B.A.C Unknown (Blood Results Pending) - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a Disabled Motor Vehicle on Route 7 in the Town of Smithfield. Delisle was transported to the Scituate Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of Peace, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center where he was held as a Bail Violator. At 2:11 a.m., Troopers arrested Keishon R. McCants, age 28, of 30 Irving Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwood Avenue, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters, where he was processed, and held pending arraignment/presentment as a bail/probation violator.
