On Saturday May 30, 2026 at 11:27 PM, Troopers arrested Apollo Dibenedetto, age 43, of 600 Ten Rod Road Apt. A, North Kingstown Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Westerly Police Department for Domestic Violation of a District Court Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Westerly Police Department.
