At 12:25 PM, Troopers arrested Noah Shaw, age 27 of 35 Shippee Schoolhouse Road, Foster, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence- Simple Assault – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a rolling domestic which began in the town of Foster, and North Kingstown Police Department subsequently locating the vehicle on Post Road in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 4:53 PM, Troopers arrested Andrea Russell, age 43, of 20 Sanford Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor- BAC Unknown-1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-1st Offense, 3.) Driving with a Suspended License-4th Offense, and 4) Threat to Public Officials. The arrest as the result of a Troopers responding to a motor vehicle collision on Route 95 north in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to Kent County Hospital for evaluation. She was then transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and held pending morning arraignment where she would be presented as a bail violator.
