At 9:35 AM, Trooper arrested Ryan Dupuis, age 37, of 46 Wilbur Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving After Denial/Revocation/Suspension for Certain Violations. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in the City of Warwick. Dupuis was transported to Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment where he would be presented as a bail and probation violator.
At 3:20 PM, Trooper arrested Trevian Spence, age 35, of 10 Sgt. Weidemann, Newport, Rhode Island for Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the Newport Police Department for 1.) Domestic Violence – Assault > 60 Causing Bodily Injury, 2.) Domestic Violence – Disorderly Conduct, 3.) Domestic Violence – Refusal/ Relinquish/ Damage/ Obstruction Telephone. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Spence was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Newport Police Department.
At 11:17 PM, Troopers arrested Denille Huntley, age 42, of 36 Rugby Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – First Offense – BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Breath Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
