On Monday, June 1, 2026, at 12:19 AM, Troopers arrested Rocky Garcia, age 22, of 104 Lincoln Avenue, New London, Connecticut for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Fourth District Court date.
