At 4:45 PM, Troopers arrested Linda Carrasquillo Delgado, age 65, of 301 Cranston Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses / Personation > 10,000, 2.) Fraudulently Obtain Public Assistance > 500, 3.) Fraudulent Use of Food Stamps > 500. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation conducted by Troopers. Troopers located the subject at her residence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and provided a future Third Division District Court date.
At 8:38 PM, Troopers arrested Lucas Fitton, age 30, of 734 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence- Simple Assault- 1st Offense and 2.) Domestic Violence- Refusal to Relinquish or to Damage or to Obstruct Telephone. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a residential address in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
