At 1:04 AM, Troopers arrested Lesley G. Urizar, age 24, of 200 Althea Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Pawtucket Police Department for 1.) Domestic – Vandalism, and 2.) Domestic - Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Prairie Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
