At 9:20 PM, Troopers arrested Makayla Brady, age 28, of 143 Audubon Rd, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Violation of No Contact Order – 1st Offense (2 Counts), 2.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty, 3.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Damage Resulting, 4.) Operation of Motor Vehicle with Suspended License - Special Circumstances, and 5.) Operation Under Foreign License during Suspension for Revocation. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South in the City of Providence, and Brady later being located nearby. Brady was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.

Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South in the City of Providence, and Wayss later being located nearby. Wayss was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning presentment as a bail violator at Sixth Division District Court.
