At 9:37 PM, Troopers arrested Carryton Edwards, age 38, of 72 Walnut Street Apt #2, Lewiston, Maine for 1.) Willful Trespass and 2.) Domestic- Violation of Protection Order – 1st Offense. The arrest was a result of motor vehicle stop on Hillside Avenue in the City of Newport. Edwards was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight to be presented at Second District Court as a bail violator.
