On Monday, June 8, 2026, at 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested Giovany Dorvil, age 19, of 72 Allen Street, Randolph, Massachusetts, as a Fugitive from Justice for Kidnapping and Witness Intimidation originating out of the Boston Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers assisting the Providence County Sheriff's Department with a subject in custody at the Sixth Division District Court. Dorvil was processed and then arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.
On Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 12:10 AM, Troopers arrested Abel Perez, age 18, of 184 Stanwood Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violation of a No Contact Order – First Offense; and 2.) Driving After Suspension of License – Certain Violations. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Weeden Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Perez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment at the Sixth Division District Court.
