At 11:27 PM, Troopers arrested Jannyel Pizarro Osorio, age 25, of 37 Berkshire Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence – Simple Assault originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
