At 1:08 PM, Troopers arrested Amber Shaw, age 29, of 172 Magill Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Obtaining Vehicles with Intent to Defraud originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on George Street in the City of Central Falls. Shaw was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
At 8:29 PM, Troopers arrested Lynita D. Clark, age 33, of 113 Main Street, Blackstone, Massachusetts, for Throwing an Article at a Moving Vehicle. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a road rage incident on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 9:23 PM, Troopers arrested Nazjae Greene, age 28, of 64 Trask Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant issued by the Johnston Police Department for Fraudulent Checks - Greater than $1,000, Passing of Counterfeit Certificates, Bills, or Notes, and Obtaining Money by False Pretenses Greater than $1500. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ocean Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later turned over to the Johnston Police Department.
At 12:48 AM, Troopers arrested Adam Soucy, age 40, of 310 Church Street, Pascoag, Rhode Island, for being a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Connecticut (Connecticut State Police Troop E) for Violation of a Criminal Protection Order and Threatening – Second Degree. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 12:48 AM, Troopers arrested Kyle Gath, age 43, of 83 Berkshire Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence/Bristol County Family Court Bench Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment on a Non-Criminal Charge. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Kevin Jodoin, age 51, of 60 Winthrop Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.211% & Phase II: 0.205%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
