At 10:28 PM, Troopers arrested Tempest Wolter, age 20, of 173 High Street, Carver, Massachusetts, for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to the Attended Vehicle 2.) Vandalism. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident in Providence and Wolter turning themselves into the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Wolter was processed and released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
