On Saturday, June 14, 2026, at 10:54 AM, Troopers arrested Kevin Decena De Los Santos, age 22, of 753 Providence Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Operating Vehicle Without Ignition Interlock System – First Offense and 2.) Driving After Denial/Revocation/Suspension of License – Certain Violations – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 South in the Town of Hopkinton. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of Peace and released with a future Fourth Division District Court date.
