At 6:10 PM, Troopers arrested Allan Rossi, age 48, of 1876 Phenix Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence - Simple Assault and/or Battery - 1st Offense 2.) Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Cranston Police taking Rossi into custody under the 24-Hour Domestic Rule and later being turned over to State Police custody. Rossi was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future 6th Division District Court date.
At 12:14 AM, Troopers arrested Madison Guindon, age 20, of 20 Bella Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety - 1st Offense. The arrest was a result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Pawtucket. Guindon was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released with a future 6th Division District Court date.
