On Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 7:30 PM, Troopers arrested Holden J. Reynolds, age 31, of 320 South Road, Apt. 2, East Greenwich, Rhode Island for an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with No Application for License, originating out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. This arrest was the result of an investigation by Trooper Reardon. Reynolds was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
On Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 11:00PM, Troopers arrested Ashley Fernandez, age 26, of 550 Union Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for an active Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with No Application For License, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Warwick. Fernandez was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and turned over to the Adult Corrections Institutions Women's Intake Center.
On Tuesday June 16, 2026, at 11:41PM, Troopers arrested Thomas Lemoi, age 48, of 200 Wakefield Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving after Denial/Revocation/Suspension Certain Violations – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Arnold Road in the Town of Coventry. Lemoi was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
