On June 16, 2026, at approximately 0500, members of the HIDTA Task Force and Warwick Police Department Special Operations Group, arrested Thoeniz Oun, age 35, of 352 Pontiac Avenue, Apt. 2, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1) Possession With Intent to Deliver Schedule II - Fentanyl, and 2) Possession With Intent to Deliver Schedule II - Crack Cocaine. The arrest was the result of the execution of a court-authorized search warrant at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Oun was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment and presented as a probation violator.
On June 16, 2026, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Robert Hogan, age 43, of 26 Becker Ave, Johnston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant on a Technical Violation for the charge of Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II originating out of the East Providence Police Department, 2.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant on a Technical Violation for the charge of Electronically Disseminating Indecent Materials to a Minor originating out of the Rhode Island State Police, and 3) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant on a Technical Violation for the charge of Failure to Notify - Sexual Offender originating out of the Johnston Police Department. Mr. Hogan was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Providence County Superior Court.
On June 16, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Julie Durning, age 53, with last known address of 226 Mann School Road, Smithfield, Rhode Island as a Fugitive of Justice from the State of Massachusetts. Ms. Durning was arraigned at Third Division District Court where she waived extradition proceedings and was remanded into the custody of the Sherriff's Department pending her return to Massachusetts.
On June 16, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Dana Gallop, age 41, with last known address of 54 Power Road, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of Controlled Substance more than 10 Grams less than 1 ounce. Mr. Gallop was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $2,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
On June 16, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Antoine Knight, age 36, with last known address of 139 High Street, Westerly, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 2nd Offense. Mr. Knight was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $1,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
On June 16, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Justin Frabotta, age 38, with last known address of 11 ½ Shippee Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 3rd or Subsequent Offense. Mr. Frabotta was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $5,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
