On Wednesday June 17, 2026 at 1:33 PM Troopers arrested Katrina J. Shoesmith, age 21, of 10 Cross Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Larceny > 10,000 originating from the North Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a call for service at 265 Carolina Nooseneck Road in the Town of Richmond. Shoesmith was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
