At 4:09 AM, Troopers arrested Andy Valentine Medina, age 42, of 753 Newport Avenue Apt 1, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue, in the Town of North Providence. Medina was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and held pending presentment as a bail violator at Providence Superior Court.
