At 5:14 PM, Troopers David Casell, age 73, of 19 George Avenue, Groton, Connecticut for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Malicious Injury to Property originating out of the Hopkinton Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ashaway Road in the Town of Hopkinton. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Hopkinton Police Department.
