At 3:48 PM, Troopers arrested Marlon Clements, age 54, of 244 Chad Brown Street, Apt. E, Providence, Rhode Island, for a 1.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 2.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Register as a Sexual Offender originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Allens Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution-Men's Intake Service Center.
At 8:39 PM, Troopers arrested Trobel Bloe, age 44, of 14 Maclaine Drive, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Duty to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to the Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Route 95 North in Providence and later locating the suspect at their residence in North Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 9:45 PM, Troopers arrested Wadeshley Rivera Padilla, age 27, of 60 Prairie Avenue, Apt 29, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving with a Suspended License – Special Circumstances and 2.) Driving with Expired License - 4th /Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Prairie Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
