At 8:30 PM, Troopers arrested Ian Kelleher, age 19, of 23 Pound Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of vehicles driving erratically on Ten Rod Road in the Town of Exeter. Kelleher was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court arraignment date.
