At 2:11 PM, Troopers arrested Jamiel Palmer, age 32, of 27 Cardosi Court, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant issued by the State Police Wickford Barracks for 1.) Domestic Violence- Strangulation 2.) Domestic Violence- Felony Assault and 3.) Domestic Violence-Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers locating Palmer at his residence. Palmer was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute- Men's Intake pending morning arraignment as a bail violator.
