June 22, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Paul Fennessey, age 63, of 622 Elmwood Avenue, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for the following: 1.) Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. Mr. Fennessey was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Cranston Police Department on scene.
On June 22, 2026, the State Police Special Victims Unit with the assistance of the Major Crimes Unit, Financial Crimes Unit, and Patrol Bureau, arrested Travis Shaw, age 38, of 536 King Street, Tiverton, Rhode Island, for Dissemination of Indecent Material to a Minor. Mr. Shaw was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.
On June 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM, the State Police Special Victims Unit with the assistance of the Major Crimes Unit, Financial Crimes Unit, and Patrol Bureau, arrested Rocky Joseph, age 39, of 48 Rand Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for Dissemination of Indecent Material to a Minor. Mr. Joseph was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.
