At 2:00 PM, Troopers arrested Devin Parker, age 21, of 19 King Street, Warwick, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Originating out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense 2.) Eluding Law Enforcement in a High-Speed Pursuit – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation conducted by Troopers, and Parker subsequently turning himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Parker was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court Date.
At 2:36 PM, Troopers arrested Elisa Mershon, age 51, of 83 Fortin Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Troopers and Mrs. Mershon subsequently responding to the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Mershon was processed and later transported to the Pawtucket Police Department.
