At 3:15 PM, Troopers arrested Wayne Marchand, age 58, of 474 East Street, Uxbridge, Massachusetts on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bernon Street in the City of Woonsocket. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute - Men's Intake Center.
At 11:48 PM, Troopers arrested Jennifer Hernandez, age 40, of 28 Wainwright Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to the BAT Mobile where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
