At 1:08 AM, Troopers arrested Jay D. Brothers, age 44, of 20 Deck Street, Jamestown, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .10 to .15 – First Offense (Phase I: 0.114 and Phase II: 0.111). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
