On Sunday June 28, 2026, at 6:50 PM, Hope Valley Barracks Troopers arrested Aaron Woodbine, age 40, of 46 Dayna Drive, West Greenwich, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of an erratic operator and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. Woodbine was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Fourth Division District Court arraignment date.
