At 8:28 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Fiyod, age 70, of 56 Salina Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Conspiracy – Felony, 2.) Conspiracy – Misdemeanor, 3.) Conspiracy – Misdemeanor, 4.) Larceny Greater than $5,000, 5.) Vandalism, and 6.) Injury to Public Property Greater than $100. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation, and Troopers subsequently located the subject at his residence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center, where he will await presentment as a bail violator in Third Division District Court.
At 10:05 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Montanez, age 34, of 77 Fales Street, Apt. 2F, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, and 2.) An Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Driving Without Consent of the Owner originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported back to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the North Providence Police Department.
At 9:51 PM, Troopers arrested Kelyn M. Irons, age 37, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Service Center.
At 11:36 PM, Troopers arrested Jose A. Parra-Alonzo, age 27, of 196 Pleasant Street, Apartment 7, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Resisting Arrest; 2.) Obstructing a Police Officer in the Execution of Duty; 3.) Fugitive from Justice out of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for Narcotics Distribution and Conspiracy Offenses; and a 4.) Federal Arrest Warrant issued by the United States Marshals Service for Dangerous Drugs. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop and subsequent foot pursuit on Broad Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for evaluation/treatment. The subject was later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and will be transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Service Center, pending his release from the hospital.
At 1:24 AM, Troopers arrested Jose A. Dagraca, age 32, of 134 Briggs Street, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Utton Avenue in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Intake Service Center.
