At 2:30PM Troopers arrested Orlando Castillo, age 36, of 21 Georgia Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety-1st Offense and 2) Eluding Law Enforcement- 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers locating and identifying the motorcycle at Electric Boat in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was taken into custody, processed at the Rhode Island State Police- Wickford Barracks and released by a Justice of the Peace.
