At 2:15 PM, Troopers arrested Micardo Nazaire, age 34, of 20 Fiore Street, Providence, Rhode Island for Domestic Violation of Protection Order – 2nd Offense. This arrest was a result of Motor Vehicle Stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. Nazaire was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned, and turned over to the Adult Correction Institute – Men's Intake as bail and probation violator.
At 3:00 PM, Troopers arrested Jereld Sanchez, age 22, of 102 Daboll Street Apartment 3, Providence, Rhode Island on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense, originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of Trooper Muirhead responding to the Rhode Island Tribunal and subsequently taking the subject into custody. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, and turned over to the Adult Correction Institution – Men's Intake.
