Scituate Barracks

At 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Andrew Lowell, age 35, of 2404 Putnam Pike, Chepachet, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving, 2.) Obstructing Officer in the Execution of Duty, 3.) Conspiracy, 4.) Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance 10 grams or less, 5.) Receiving Stolen Goods, 6.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance originating out of Glocester Police Department and 7.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of Warwick Police Department on the charge of Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a BOLO from the Warwick Police Department and Troopers subsequently locating the vehicle on Greenville Avenue, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a violator.

At 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Melissa Hachey, age 34, of 842 Providence Pike, Danielson, Connecticut for 1.) Conspiracy and 2.) Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of a BOLO from the Warwick Police Department and Troopers subsequently locating the vehicle on Greenville Avenue, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.

At 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Hannah Deojay, age 40, of 287 Woodstock Road, Woodstock, Connecticut for 1.) Conspiracy and 2.) Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of a BOLO from the Warwick Police Department and Troopers subsequently locating the vehicle on Greenville Avenue, in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to the State Police – Scituate Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
