At 12:46 AM, Troopers arrested Donald Dunning, age 70, of 16 Pearce Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island on a Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Vandalism, originating out of the Richmond Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick.
