At 10:15 P.M., Troopers arrested Thomas Wall, age 45, of 94 Robincrest, Seekonk, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of an erratic operator call and Troopers subsequently locating the subject vehicle on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 2:10 A.M., Troopers arrested Ian Kelleher, age 20, of 23 Pound Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Originating out of the West Greenwich Police Department for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement in a High-Speed Pursuit – 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 South in the Town of East Greenwich. Kelleher was transported to the Wickford-Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the West Greenwich Police Department.
