At 1:06 AM, Troopers arrested Daniel Kegbeh, age 29, of 2 Ralph Avenue, Worcester, Massachusetts for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the Town of North Providence. Kegbeh was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court Date.
At 1:39 AM, Troopers arrested Daniel Beer, age 27, of 16 Chappell Street, Chaplin, Connecticut for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the Town of North Providence. Beer was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court Date.
At 3:02 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Quinn, age 26, of 145 Rushmore Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense 3.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Potter Street, in the City of East Providence. Quinn was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
