On Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 9:30 A.M., Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Asa Davis III, age 60, of 146 Beechwood Hill Trail, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1) Willful Trespass, 2) Injury/ Removal of Vegetation or Malicious Injury to Buildings and/or Fences. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to Estate Drive in the Town of Exeter and subsequently locating the subject. The subject was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and later transported to Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
