At 9:11 PM, Troopers arrested Gean Gomez Noesi, age 25, of 3914 Waverly Ave # 1, Seaford, New York for 1.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety –1st Offense 2.) Driving so as to Endanger, Resulting in Physical Injury. The arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a Motor Vehicle Accident on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. Gomez Noesi was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a justice of the peace, and released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
