At 9 :47 PM, Troopers arrested Anastasia Fazzina, age 32, of 127 Gurleyville Road, Storrs, Connecticut, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on West Main Road, in the Town of Portsmouth. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Second Division District Court.
