On July 9, 2026, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Jordan Robinson, age 37, of 442 Congress Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver One Ounce to One Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine and 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine. The arrest is the result of court authorized search warrants executed at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Robinson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
On July 9, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Khalise Mills, age 24, of 107 Mineral Spring Avenue, Apartment 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Pawtucket Police Department for 1.) Two Counts of Domestic Breaking and Entering, 2.) Two Counts of Domestic Violation of No Contact Order, and 3.) Two Counts of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Mills was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Pawtucket Police Department on scene.
On July 9, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Sidney Jones, age 32, of 16 Cleveland Street, Apt 2R, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Central Falls Police Department for the following: 1.) Domestic Violence - Strangulation. Mr. Jones was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Central Falls Police Department on scene.
On July 9, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Alexis Ferretti, age 33, of 16 Cleveland Street, Apt 2R, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Central Falls Police Department for the following: 1.) Aggravated Assault with a weapon. Ms. Ferretti was taken into custody without incident and turned over to members of the Central Falls Police Department on scene.
On July 9, 2026, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force assisted by members of the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks arrested Amusa Bleh, age 25, of 179 Ophelia Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for the following: 1.) Drive-by shooting, 2) Discharge of a Firearm, 3) Felony Assault with Dangerous Weapon or Substance. Mr. Bleh was taken into custody without incident and later transported directly to the Cranston Police Department by State Police.

On July 9, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Jerome McCarthy, age 37, with last known address of 12 Wyatt Street, Providence, Rhode Island as a Fugitive of Justice from the State of Massachusetts. Mr. McCarthy was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he waived extradition proceedings and was remanded into the custody of the Sherriff's Department pending his return to Massachusetts.
On July 9, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Justin Frabotta, age 38, with last known address of 11 ½ Shippee Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 2nd Offense. Mr. Frabotta was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $5,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
On July 9, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Dustin Mello, age 37, with last known address of 8 Madison Court, Fall River, Massachusetts for 1.) Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 2nd Offense. Mr. Mello was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $10,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
On July 9, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Trevel Brewster, age 31, with last known address of 34 Banfield Avenue, Boston, Massachusetts for 1.) Weapons other than Firearms Prohibited While Incarcerated. Mr. Brewster was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was granted $5,000 surety bail and remanded to the ACI.
