At 10:15 PM, Troopers arrested Ryan Scott, Age 39, of 23 Atlas Street, FL 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Eluding Law Enforcement in a High-Speed Pursuit – 1st Offense, 2.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, 3.) Operating Suspended License – 4th Offense, 4.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant Originating out of the Providence Police Department for, Domestic Assault by Strangulation, Domestic Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, and Interference with Electric Meter, 5.) Third District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License, originating out of the North Smithfield Police Department, 6.) Sixth District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License, originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, 7.) Sixth District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License, originating out of the East Providence Police Department, 8.) Third District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License, originating out of the East Greenwich Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Scott was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment in Third Division District Court.
