At 9:30 AM, Troopers arrested Christopher Fontaine, age 56, of 85 Myrtle Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Disorderly Conduct and 2.) Vandalism. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Mr. Fontaine responding to the barracks to turn himself in. Mr. Fontaine was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
At 12:17 PM, Troopers arrested Michel Lima, age 31, of 25 Walnut Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Indecent Exposure – Disorderly Conduct – 1ST Offense. The arrest was the result of a Barracks Investigation and Troopers locating Mr. Lima at his residence. Mr. Lima was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released with a future Sixth Division District Court Date.
At 12:46 PM, Troopers arrested Jean Sajous, age 35, of 84 Salina Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. The Arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Sixth Division District Court to assist Sheriffs with a disorderly party. Mr. Sajous was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Service Center.
At 11:06 PM, Troopers arrested Marvin S. Walker, age 43, of 20 Perry Street, Apartment 1, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; 2.) Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Less than 10 Grams (Cocaine); and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
At 11:53 PM, Troopers arrested Richard J. Price, age 54, of 126 Ohio Avenue, Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.180% & Phase II: 0.170%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator, pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
At 12:50 AM, Troopers arrested Jeanette E. Macintyre, age 30, of 8 River Street, Apartment 3, Cumberland, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown- 1st Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Swan Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed and held overnight at State Police – Headquarters as a probation violator, pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
